Special ECTS Options for International Students | Course International Human Resource Management

Dear Students,
Here’s a special note that might be of particular interest to international students.
In one of our courses, “International Human Resource Management”, it is normally designed for 5 ECTS credits. However, upon prior agreement, it is also possible to obtain 2-3 ECTS credits instead of 5. This would require a different form of assessment:
- 2 ECTS: Participation in presentations + giving your own presentation
- 3 ECTS: Presentation + a short written paper on an IHRM-related topic
The course covers HRM in multinational companies, including staffing, recruitment, performance management, and expatriate management.
